Usage Rights of Prints and CD Images

Custom Digital image CDs are supplied on a royalty free basis meaning that you can use the images in any application you wish from personal prints to publishing in a magazine or newspaper to selling prints from the original digital image. However, you do not have the right to resell the digital image CD itself as that is protected by copyright. (Please see CD products below to read about formatting/compatibility issues.)

Images and Movies on our CDs are part of the public domain and do not have royalties attatched to them. CDs are formatted for viewing purposes only. To obtain the full resolution of an image, please contact us to purchase a digital version.

Prints are all distributed on a royalty free basis and may be used in any manner you choose without restriction.
